At PoodleDoodles.com, we want every doodle and their human to be tail-waggingly happy with their purchase! Since our products are custom-made just for you through our print-on-demand partner Printify, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
🐾 Oops! My Item Arrived Damaged
If your item shows up looking ruff (damaged or with a printing error):
- Let us know within 30 days of delivery.
- Send us a few clear photos of the issue.
- We’ll fetch you a free replacement or a full refund—no need to send it back!
🐾 Changed Your Mind or Ordered the Wrong Size?
Because each item is made to order:
- We can’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or color.
- Please double-check your order before you hit that “fetch it now” button!
🐾 My Order Got Lost in the Mail
If your order goes missing or gets returned due to an invalid address:
- We’ll work with you to sniff out a solution—either a partial refund or a reprint (additional charges may apply).

- Submit your claim with photos showing the issue.
- If multiple items are affected, include a group photo showing all the items.
